Pb-Sn Anode Plate
The anode plate used in electrowinning is a lead alloy anode, which has been applied in industrial production for over 100 years.
Features
The CHMM anode plate for copper electrowinning is a cold-rolled Pb-Sn alloy plate with a uniform crystal structure, excellent corrosion resistance, and stable mechanical performance.
The anode plate is connected to the hanger bar by double-sided welding with Pb cladding or by plug-in welding.
The copper bar is coated with tin andlead.
The high-quality welding technique, combined with a high-quality blank plate and hanger bar, allows the anode plate to be used in harsh environments for an extended period.

Why choose CHMM's Pb-Sn-Ca Anode Plate?
- High mechanical strength
- Quick and stable formation of a hard, compact, and adherent protective corrosion layer(conditioning)
- High corrosion resistance and long service life
- Minimized production cost
- Reduced cellvoltage and increased current efficiency
- Improved cathode copper quality
- No anode or cell cleaning required
- Flat, smooth blank surface; perpendicular to the horizontal level with a flatness error of≤0.2 mm
