In May 2023, the 120t per batch tilting furnace supplied by CHMM was successfully installed in UAE. The furnace capacity 120t per batch is one of the biggest tilting furnaces for this FRHC copper rod process.

The project is located in UAE and the client is a global TOP 500 company .The furnace supplied by CHMM is to joint together with their CCR line. The tilting furnace and the shaft furnace of the CCR line sharing the same CCR line and is under operation in turns..

The project raw materials is copper scrap(Cu content: around 96%),and the final product is FRHC copper rod.

In July 2023, the 120t per batch tilting furnace has completed its hot commissioning and started the production.

Now, the project is under normal production.
